Francisco Navarro is the Chief Financial Officer of THORURBANA a Private Equity Investment Fund in Real Estate under management of $700 millions usd including stabilized properties and underdevelopment projects. As CFO, Mr. Navarro is responsible for establishing the financial management strategy, ensuring to maintain an appropriate capital structure debt and equity, and overseeing the performance of the invested portfolio. Mr. Navarro designs the financial management strategy, portfolio profitability, investors reporting and raising capital and financing. Prior to his current position, Mr. Navarro was the CFO of FIBRA TERRAFINA with a relevant participation in pre IPO design, IPO and consolidation in Mexican stock market. Prior TERRAFINA, Mr. Navarro was the Director of EUROHYPO AG, where he was in charge of the Business Development Unit in Latin America: Mexico and Brazil. Before that, Mr. Navarro was employed at GE Capital Real Estate, where served as Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for originated and managing loans for the industrial, retail, hotel and office sectors. Francisco managed the relationship with real estate developers, private owners and institutional investors. Other previously held positions include Corporate Analyst for Citibank USA.
Mr. Navarro has a bachelor’s degree in economic science from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM), holds an MBA from IPADE Business School and owns a certificate of Private Equity Manager “ADECAP”.
