Alexis Ralph is responsible for the direct management of development activities in Mexico, Central America & Caribbean (Cuba) for all of AccorHotels’ brands, from economy to luxury. He started his career with AccorHotels in 2013 and brings more than 18 years of professional experience in hospitality and real estate. Alexis is a well-rounded executive with a background ranging from hospitality consulting, hotel & real estate financing, sales, strategy and business development in top companies in Mexico including the National Trust Fund for Tourism Development (FONATUR) where he developed and executed the fund’s disposition strategy for assets worth USD $1+ billion and Grupo Finananciero Banorte where he structured loans for diverse hotel and real estate product representing investment over USD $1.5+ billion. Prior to joining Banorte, Alexis worked for Horwath Castillo Miranda, where he conducted over 50 market and feasibility studies, appraisals, and business strategies to leading national and international players. Guest speaker at industry related conferences and seminars in the US and Latin America and broad international experience. Mr. Ralph holds a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Business Administration degree from IPADE Business School.
